FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

1. ON-LINE FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

Students can deposit their Followings Fee ON-LINE through SBI Collect facility:

1. ADMISSION FEE:- (First Time for Newly admitted Students as per TABLE – A)
2. EXAMINATION FEE:- (For 1^st Year, 3^rd Semester To 6^th Semester (Regular & Re-appear) and Pass-out Students as per TABLE – B )
3. INSTITUTIONAL FEE (i.e. SEMESTER FEE):- (Every Semester for all On-Roll students as per TABLE – C )

Instructions for making payment through SBI Collect

Payment of Institution Fee, Admission Fee and Examination Fee of students of BKN Govt. Polytechnic Narnaul can be made through SBI Collect facility using Internet banking, Credit cards, Debit cards, etc. Follow the Instructions given below for making your payments:

1. Search “SBI Collect” through Google on any browser or Visit the below given link:

https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm

2. Click Check box to “Accept” 'I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above'.
3. Then Click on 'Proceed'
4. Select State of Corporate / Institution as “Haryana”
5. Select Type of Corporate / Institution “Educational Institutions”
6. Then Click on 'Go'
7. Select Education Institutions Name “BKN GOVT. POLYTECHNIC NARNAUL”
8. Then Click on ‘Submit’
9. On the next screen, provide the details of Payment. You have to select one of the payment category and sub-category ( Type of Fee ) as per the table given below:

3.	Institution Fee	Semester Fee Late Fee	All  On-Roll Students of Institution  in 2nd , 3rd , 4th, 5th , 6th Semester should deposit Total Institute Semester Fee  as per Fee Structure in TABLE -B

 

10. Enter Roll No., Name, Father Name, Branch, Semester, Mobile No. and Type of Fee.
11. Enter “Fee Amount” Total Fee Amount as per your Category in the Tables - A or Table - B or Table - C and write your remarks, if any. 
12. On the same page, again enter your Name, Date of birth, Mobile number and enter the text (Code) as shown in the image for re-print your e-receipt later.
13. Then Click on 'Submit'
14. On the next screen, verify the details and click on 'Confirm'. If there is any correction go ‘back’ and do the correction.
15. Now you will be taken to payment gateway
16. Select appropriate 'Mode of Payment' and make payment of requisite amount. Pay 'online' using Internet Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI and print the receipt for your record.

Note:    Students should also deposit Rs. 500-00 Processing / Counseling Fee of HSTES with above Fee, if not deposited earlier.

 

TABLE – B:

Examination Fee for 1^st Year, 3^rd Semester, 4^th Semester, 5^th Semester, 6th Semester (Regular & Re-appear) and Pass-out Students

2.	PCA Fee with Late Fee	Exam Fee under Semester System: Rs. 350/- per Student per Semester   Exam Fee under Annual System:         Rs. 700/- Student With Additional   Late Fee of Rs. 50/- per Student	Students should deposit Total Amount of all semesters / Annual System PCA Fee with additional Late Fee for which he is going to apply within the date with-late Fee, as Prescribed by HSBTE time to time.
3.	Re-Checking Fee	Rs. 250/ - per Subject	Students should deposit Total Amount of all Subjects for which he is going to apply.
4.	Re-Checking with Photo Copy Fee	Rs. 1000/ - per Subject	Students should deposit Total Amount of all Subjects for which he is going to apply.

TABLE – C:  

Institution Fee from 2^nd Semester To 6^th Semester for All On-Roll Students:

2. Students may deposit all above Fee in the Institute through POS machine for which they should have Debit / Credit Card for Transaction.
